Visited by a friend of Wakayama citizens. Yamatame Shokudo is a so-called dining room with udon and Chinese noodles. Lunch is a popular restaurant where you can wait. For the time being, the menus to be worried about are meat curry udon, Chinese noodles, karamisomen, and char siu noodles. Even though I came to eat Chinese noodles, I was caught by the scent of curry floating in the shop, and I inadvertently ordered meat curry udon. The thick curry soup and the udon are intertwined. I wonder if the curry is made from flour, a nostalgic taste. The pungent pungency is also good. And above all, the dashi is effective, so I go slick, this is delicious. Next is Chinese noodles. I tried a few wakayama style ramen and for me this one is the best. Really good and deep taste. The noodles takes all the broth flavour. And the meat just melt in the broth. I just love it.

I thought the noodles were thick noodles and the char siu was trottro and it seemed to have rice. I've had bonito so I want to eat it next time. Water and vetch was self-service. The customer service of the clerk was good.
